Welcome to Uniquely Whynot! Thank you for joining our Affiliate Program.
This is a legal agreement between Uniquely Whynot, the merchant (“we” or “merchant”) and an affiliate (“you” or “affiliate”) as an individual or the entity which you represent.
By participating in the Uniquely Whynot Affiliate Program, the affiliate agrees to use the Affiliate Program in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to register as an Affiliate or participate in the Affiliate Program in any manner.
1. Approve or Reject of the Registration
We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Registration Application in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against Uniquely Whynot for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Registration.
2. Affiliate Links and Coupon
The Affiliate’s link is automatically generated. If a person clicks on another Affiliate Program member’s link, and then later they click on your Affiliate link, the latter (yours) is the link that will be recorded for compensation.
Uniquely Whynot is currently not using affiliate coupon codes. In the event this changes, the Affiliate will be notified, and the terms of the agreement will be changed to reflect the change.
Affiliate may advertise their Affiliate Link through the following: their merchant website, online channels such as social media platforms (example: Facebook, Instagram), offline classified channel ads, magazines, and newspapers.
3. Commissions and payment
Refer any customer to make a purchase on the Uniquely Whynot website and the affiliate will get a commission amount which is calculated based on Commission Structure. Commission amount is dependent on order value and not including extra fee (tax, shipping cost,...). Any consumable products or services we sell outside of the 3D printed Organization Products are not included in the Affiliate program and therefore no commissions will be paid on these.
For the Affiliate to receive a commission, and qualify for payout, the link must generate $200 in net sales during the quarter. Balances are carried over into future quarters until the $200 threshold is met. Payouts are quarterly.
Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Use of the Affiliate Program is subject to a fair use policy which gives Uniquely Whynot the right to review each and every referral order. Status of commission is displayed in the Commission tab, any paid commission will be listed on Payment tab. Transactions that result in charge backs or refunds will not be paid out.
The Affiliate is responsible for completing and maintaining current payee information in the dashboard. Incomplete information will result in commission payments not being completed until the next quarter.
The Affiliate shall be responsible for all taxes and other similar levies applicable to the commission pursuant to any laws or regulation. The Affiliate shall report the commission to its taxation authorities as required by law. Uniquely Whynot shall not be responsible for any taxes owed by the Affiliate arising out of the relationship with Uniquely Whynot.
4. Marketing tool
We have provided promotional media such as product images, logo or specific collection promotion for the Affiliate to use and can be accessed through the Marketing tool tab. The media provided can be downloaded and used on the Affiliate’s sales channels. Uniquely Whynot reserves the right to change, remove or add media at their discretion without notice. All media materials are owned by Uniquely Whynot.
5. Network
Network tab is not activated.
6. Cookie
We use a cookie to track people who have clicked on the Affiliate’s link, so the user needs to be using cookies for tracking.
If a person doesn't allow cookies or clears their cookies then Uniquely Whynot can't track them so can't pay earnings on that activity.
Cookies day is outlined on the Affiliate registration form. The tracking day will start from the time a customer clicks on the affiliate’s link. Within the cookie time, every order made by this customer at the Uniquely Whynot website will automatically result in commissions to the affiliate (There’s no need for the customer to click on the affiliate link then).
7. Removal from Referral Program
If an affiliate wishes to be removed from the affiliate program, they can do so by contacting: crafter@uniquelywhynot.ca.
Affiliates may be terminated at anytime if at the sole discretion of Uniquely Whynot that your website or Social media platform is unsuitable for the program. Unsuitable websites include but are not limited to those that:
promote pornography and/ or sexually explicit materials
promote violence or illegal substance use
promote discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age.
promote hate, crime, or other illegal activities
incorporate any materials which infringe on assist others to infringe on any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights, or to violate the law.
are in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise objectionable to us at our sole discretion.
By participating in the Affiliate Program you agree that you will not engage in such activities. If at any point your promotional platforms are determined to be unsuitable for the Affiliate Program, we reserve the right to terminate the agreement immediately.
The terms of this agreement will begin upon your acceptance of the Agreement and will end when terminated by either party. Either Uniquely Whynot or the Affiliate may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause by giving the other party written notice of termination. Upon the termination of this agreement for any reason, all licenses granted hereunder shall immediately terminate and you the affiliate will cease use of, and remove from your website(s), online platforms, and all other references to Uniquely Whynot and all links to the Uniquely Whynot website.
The Affiliate will be paid all owed commissions up to the date of termination at the next quarterly payout.
8. Relationship of Parties
While the parties to this agreement shall work hand-in-hand for the benefit of both parties, the parties acknowledge and agree that the Affiliate shall, from a legal perspective, act as and shall be an independent contractor and not an employee of Uniquely Whynot.
